- Amber & Ash was created when a team with extensive experience in tech accessories joined forces with a group of designers and strategists in San Francisco, California. Together we realized that, for those who appreciate style, it was difficult to find a well-curated selection of beautifully-designed, protective tech accessories that showcase seasonal colors. Today, we showcase colors inspired by the current fashion season as well as classic colors that never go out of style, and tell stories with color, creating context and inspiration for our customers and ourselves. And everything we design is thoughtful and intentional, blending form and function to deliver elevated experiences.

- Most orders qualify for free standard shipping (3-5 days) within the US. If your address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will delivery it within 3-7 days. We also offer some expedited charged shipping (1-2 days) options. International shipment fees are calculated depending on weight and countries.

Can I return my Amber & Ash product for an exchange or refund?
- Here at Amber & Ash, your satisfaction is critical to us and we reserve a “no questions asked” return policy. Within 90 days of your purchase, you can receive a full refund. All that we ask is that you return the product(s) to us in the same state as when you received it.

I accidentally bought the wrong case, am I still able to return my product(s)?
- We strongly encourage you to double-check both the device model that you wish to protect as well as the product selected online. Occasionally, customers mistake which model to buy as each device has multiple, similar models and this is unfortunately not the easiest to differentiate. - We offer a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your purchase for all of our products.
- Any item that was purchased within the past 90 days can be returned or exchanged, no-questions-asked, in its original packaging without any missing contents.
